Alumni ID Replacement

Please submit the form below to request a new or replacement Alumni ID. Alumni IDs will be issued to eligible graduates only. If you have not completed your program or have any holds on your account (academic or financial), you will not be eligible for an Alumni ID. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your request.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, ID pick up at the NY Campus is not available. If you are based in NYC, please select Mail to my address in the Delivery Method dropdown.

All alumni benefits and privileges require an Alumni ID including campus access for individual rehearsal use and library visitation.
