Eric has performed extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Central America and Africa as a soloist and collaborative artist. New York engagements include David Geffen Hall (Avery Fisher) Merkin Hall, The Roosevelt House, Weill Recital Hall, and Feinstein's 54 Below. Regionally conducted productions include, "Guys and Dolls", "Falsettos", "Hello Dolly", "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", and" Damn Yankees". He has lectured on the Sea Cloud sailing throughout Italy and Greece as part of Academic Arrangements Abroad educational tours and was selected by the United States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to perform and lecture throughout Central America. Dr. Martin joined the faculty at AMDA in 2017. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Music at Columbia University and taught undergraduate musical theater courses and graduate music theory at the Boston Conservatory. Several of his students have had leading roles in Broadway productions including, "Ragtime", "Head Over Heels", and "War Horse".  He is also a pianist for the Evening Division at The Juilliard School and continues to work with artists from the Metropolitan Opera and the Broadway circuit. Recent performances include the International Cabaret Festival in Provincetown, Massachusetts, and the Jazz Bistro in Toronto.
