Sarah Elgart is an award-winning choreographer, director, producer and writer. Her work has been produced internationally and includes choreography and direction for site-specific/alternative locations as well as for world-renowned venues, directors, circus and dance companies. Sarah's work in the realm of screen dance includes being a former board chair and director of artistic development for Dance Camera West, a two time participant in the Sundance Film Festival Dance Film Lab and writer of the column Screen Dance Diaries for the online magazine Cultural Weekly. She is founder and director of Dare to Dance in Public Film Festival.
