Jorge Chapa is an actor, father and husband who was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley in deep south Texas, but now residing in New York City.  Jorge has found himself in commercials for AT&T, LE, and many others. On film he can be seen in HBO's "Bad Education", "Going in Style" and "Viper Club". His television appearances include a recurring arc in HBO's "Divorce", "Chicago PD", as well as many others. Most recently he was seen in Law and Order  and just finished working on Netflix's new show Obliterated.
