PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Becca Tobin ‘05:
Co-host of The Ladygang podcast, which has received its first Webby Award nomination for Best Podcast Live Recording. Becca has also co-written two books with The Ladygang.
Justin Santory ’11:
Selected for Latinx Playwrights Circle 2023 Intensive Mentorship. Justin will write a full-length play and receive mentorship through the program. A public staged reading of the play will take place this fall.

Nico DiPrimio ’18:
Featured in Season 4 and newly released episodes of Season 5 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime. Nico performed alongside TJ Kubler ’18 and Nicole Zelka ’17 in the ELF National Tour.
Anthony Ramos ’11:
Set to star in the upcoming Twisters sequel. Anthony will star in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and will received a Rising Stars of the Year Award at Cinemacon.
Colin Cunliffe ’00:
Ensemble member in Rudy! A Documusical streaming on demand and on major platforms. Colin recently performed in the Kennedy Center’s productions of Guys and Dolls and Sunset Boulevard.
Mamie Parris ’97:
Performs in Great Performances: Celebrating 50 Years of Broadway’s Best, which will premiere May 12 at 9 PM ET on PBS and the PBS app. Mamie will perform in The Envelope Please concert with the Rochester Philarmonic Orchestra on April 21 in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre.
Amanda Kloots ’02:
Guest on MSNBC's Morning Joe and other media outlets discussing her new children’s book, Tell Me Your Dreams. Amanda is a guest star on the 100th episode of The Neighborhood on CBS and Paramount+ and cover star of Travel+Leisure.
Stephanie Torns ’07, Anastacia McCleskey ’03 and Charity Angel Dawson ’05:
Star in Waitress: the Musical - Live on Broadway! The live capture of Waitress will screen its world premiere as an Official Selection of the Tribeca Film Festival taking place June 7 - 18.
Abena '13:
Stars in the series Barely Made, which will screen at the Black Web Fest later this month. Abena won an Antonyo Award in the “Best Featured Actor in a Play (Off-Broadway)” category for her role in Merry Wives at The Public Theater and recently performed in the world premiere of Goddess at Berkeley Rep.
Ray Fisher ’07:
Joins the cast of Netflix’s upcoming film adaptation of The Piano Lesson. Ray and Trai Byers ’07 made their Broadway debuts in The Piano Lesson earlier this year.

Oren Korenblum ’11 and Alexandra Amadeo-Frost ‘12:
Will star in Off Broadway’s first musical revival of Sugar at The J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company Theatre Row in NYC from April 27 - May 7. Take a look at photos from the first rehearsal.

Jorge Echeverria ’17:
Will perform in Evita at The Gateway Playhouse alongside previously announced Matthew Malecki ’15 from May 5 - 28. Jorge performed in the world premiere of El Oratorio Panhispánico on March 31 and April 1 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph in Brooklyn.

Cassidy Ratliff ’18:
Served as Assistant Choreographer for Becky G’s Coachella set. Cassidy performed in Jeté, a concert tribute to Stephen "tWitch" Boss, in January and choreographed Kendrick Lamar’s performance at the Glastonbury Festival.
Nick Signor ’20:
Performed at the NYC Season 5 premiere event for Amazon Prime's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Coming up, Nick will perform in In the Heights with fellow alums Katie Bravo ’17 and Amos Oliver ’16, and directed and choreographed by AMDA faculty member Hector Guerrero. Performances take place at the Norris Theatre in Palos Verdes, CA from April 28 - May 7.

Ellisha Marie Thomas ‘09:
Part of the rehearsal process and install of cast 6 of Hairspray aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Ellisha Marie previously performed in the Michael Buble “Higher” 2022 World Tour and made her Madison Square Garden debut with the tour.
MUSIC / CONCERT
Kristen Jeter ’09:
Headlines Icon, a concert revue celebrating the music of Tina Turner, on April 24 at 7:30 PM at Hunt & Fish Club in NYC. Kristen also currently performs in Book of Mormon on Broadway.
Jared Goodwin ’22:
Will perform in the sketch comedy show A Sketch of New York at The Producer’s Club from April 21 - 23. Jared and John McGowan ’15 performed in Rainbow Sun Production’s The Songs of Frankin/Bass: From Kris Kringle to Frosty the Snowman last November.
